The Harmony School System is opening a NEW CAMPUS in Carrollton, TX.
The new campus, Harmony School of Innovation - Dallas, is located at 1024 W. Rosemeade Parkway Carrollton, TX 75007.
Harmony School of Innovation - Dallas will open its doors for students in the upcoming 2009-2010 school year for K-8 grades.

| SUMMER ENRICHMENT PROGRAM |
Dear Parents/Students,
During the summer time, between August 3rd - 14th, HSE-Dallas will have a Summer Enrichment Program. This Program will be wonderfully fun and educational classes will be offered in addition to sports and camp.
Classes: Robotics, Science Olympiad, Home-Making
Activities: swimming,basketball, soccer, volleyball
Fee: $50 (Without Camping)
$75 (Including Camping Fee)
Price includes only lunch, snacks and activities.
There is a non-refundable deposit of $15 to register.

| Grade Promotion Policy |
Dear Parents/Guardians,
HSA Dallas Elementary will NOT offer Summer School for 2008-2009 school year as indicated in student handbook. Instead, HSAD-E will offer CBE (Credit By Exam) Examinations or board-approved state accredited test for students who have not successfully completed one or more core courses (Social Studies, Reading, Mathematics, and Science) or who have not met performance standards in TAKS (Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills) in one or more subject areas.
If a student fails any course, he needs to earn that credit by taking CBE (credit by examination) test of UT Austin. If he takes CBE test, he needs to contact Mrs. Oripova to order the test.
According to Texas Administration Code (TAC), Subchapter C, section 74.24(c3), any student who takes any of the CBE examinations has to score at least 70 out of 100 in order to get credit for the course which s/he fails and hence to get promoted to the next grade level.
